The staff are pleasant, the hotel is picturesque and with brilliant location close enough to the airport or other places, the Ville Nouvelle, and a museum. They serve brilliant food, have a great selection of options to choose from. The property provided a good customer service during our trip. Moreover, you can use public parking nearby. Recommend to stay here...

Besides, the location was great for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Medina. It was also next to an airport or train station, the Medina and the Mella, and the grounds of convenience.

By and large, it was suitable place for sightseeing in Fes, had much fun and met affable and pleasant staff in what we are saying and telling them about this as well the manager. The location was great and fantastic for traveling around Fes, right by the main shopping area/ restaurants, sightseeing spots and the centre of Fez.

fairly clean place, staff was friendly and pleasant. the rooms were adequate and brand-new, were equipped with aircon and separate bathrooms. the location of the hotel was marvellous and brilliant - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from medina. i really enjoyed the stay and would stay here again.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not that friendly.

Convenient Location and Beautiful Grounds
We stayed at a hotel in Fez with a convenient location near the Medina. The room was large and the bar and restaurant were set in a lovely garden area. Although the wifi was sometimes spotty, the staff was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. I would recommend this hotel for exploring the Medina.

I liked very much the location, only a few blocks from the Medina and souq and taxi availability.
This hotel is a disaster during winter. Almost no heat and no hot water after 10:A.M. until 7:30. This would be a nice summer choice, airy and pastel colored wuth nice pool but in winter,it is a two star hotel at best, with three star prices.

Exceptionally nice rooms & clean bathrooms. Good breakfast with boiled eggs, croissants, diluted orange juice, reasonably priced.

This hotel was a gem, with spacious and clean rooms. The location was perfect, as it was easy to explore the city on foot due to its central location in a characterful square next to an old Palace turned into a museum. The staff were very friendly, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options with delicious pastries and bread.
Couldn't stay longer.

There was a heating available, and the room was heated prior to our arrival. Everything was clean.
At night it was still to cold because of bad isolation. The staff is bargaining over the price. Hideous!

The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with private bathrooms and balconies offering views of the courtyard. The staff are friendly, helpful, and ensure a secure environment for guests. The breakfast provided is adequate and includes a selection of pastries, bread, and beverages.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.
